@floppycats I’m here from my comment yesterday 😂 Yes mine looks just like this one. Though I have to use a screwdriver to pry open the black piece to replace the refill. Do you have a link to the white model in your other video? It looked so easy when you just pulled off the top of it. Also, thank you for being so responsive! This is great content for us cat lovers!

I couldn’t not figure out how to use the Genie for the life of me. I ended up pulling the entire bag out of the refill and got even more confused when I discovered the plastic

Thanks for this video, I found one of this on in side of the road and didn’t even knew what it was, I thought it was just a regular small trash can, I was dumb founded by the sealing mechanism that’s why I search for a video on how to use it, I would have never figure it out on my own honestly 😂😂😂✌️
I had to come here because the instructions did not address, or clearly address, the release of the plastic piece below the lid. I saw the little release on that piece, but it was hard to open. Thank you for all of the great info.

When I empty, I can fill as far up, as possible or will it be to challenging to cut the bag?
