Fruity Oat Ball Treats | Small Pets & Dogs

Fruity Oat Ball Treats | Small Pets & Dogs

One of the most straight forward treat recipes for pets! These treats are suitable for all small animals (rabbits and guinea pigs included) and dogs! Remember, if you are feeding these to Campbells dwarfs, hybrid dwarfs or Chinese hamsters do not make them too big or overfeed! One small treat in a day is enough 🙂

So veggie sandwich treat from vita craft is Anastasia’s fussy eating food she might love this 19 mix it with her favorite food strawberries she has a craving for blackBerries too she might like the ones that are shaped like little vegetables that I saw at Petsmart too with those sandwich treats I don’t have them but next time we go to Petsmart Will get those little vegetables treats she’s a classy eater over carrots and apples too. We also got a lollipop and a cupcake treat at Petsmart also. She loves those she ate all the sprinkles on the cupcake. I’ll go to your how to stop your hamster from fussy eating video i’ll check it out why Anastasia such a fussy eater sometimes.

    Oat fruit balls:
    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup of soft fruits
    2/3 cup of oats
    Procedure:
    Mash fruits into a pulp
Add oats and mix until everything is combined
Roll into balls and place onto baking tray
Bake them in the oven 300f for 10min
    Let them cool
    Enjoy!

  38. @LoveABun on October 30, 2024 at 3:36 pm

EVERYONE: ALL OATS ARE *NOT* THE SAME! SOME OAT TYPES SUCH AS INSTANT OATS OR STEEL CUT OATS CAN MAKE YOUR ANIMALS VERY SICK! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO USE “ROLLED” OATS—ALSO REFERRED TO AS “OLD FASHIONED” OATS.

ALSO, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REFRIGERATE THESE TREATS, NOT STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE! The fresh fruits in these treats will go bad within days, forming mold and bacteria that will make your animal very sick! Store these treats in the refrigerator inside an airtight container—preferably a glass jar with lid. FEED WITHIN 5-7 DAYS!

Wish the poster of this video had included these two very important instructions in her video.

  42. @rheannakapoor9117 on October 30, 2024 at 3:41 pm

These treats are such a good idea! The only thing is if you are using peach, make sure it is squishy. They had a hard time staying together because of the small chunks of peach. It is super hard to mash peach! It is very hard to roll them because they stick to your hands. Love them though, can’t wait to see what my hammy thinks! Thanks for the recipe ErinsAnimals😁!

  43. @makennam655 on October 30, 2024 at 3:45 pm

Please make sure to check which fruit you are using. This is meant for dogs as shown in the video and mentioned in the description, but apricot is toxic to dogs so please just do some quick research if you are making this for your dog.
