MSM works wonders, I get it in drug store in vitamin section. Very affordable. No vomiting or diarrhea, like mentioned in most of the medications in this video. It’s safe. Has been given to dogs and horses. I have done my research. Vets don’t tell you about it. They want you to come and spend all that money. It’s unnecessary.

Its the dogs diet. Dry dog food has so much cooked out of it. Dry dog food is what vets know will keep them in business. Sad but true.

They want over 100 for medication!
I can not afford the visit
I took him twice to the vet. He has a limp severe in the front right call. They charge me $70 for the visit and 130 for medication. The medication didn’t work so I took him back to the same vet. They charged me $17 because it was a revisit and they wanted 200 more dollars for different medication that they told me I could not touch with my hands , when I give it to him, why would I give my dog a medication that I can’t even touch and I can’t afford 200 more dollars so I’m looking for some simple remedies

Arnica Montana is a drug for pain, muscle aches etc that works fairly well. Most drug stores carry it and it’s an OTC. IT WORKS WELL ON DOGS.

  24. @nofiltersyoutuber8537 on October 30, 2024 at 3:21 pm

Everyone has catches on how bets have used poor animals as a business and they really could careless about an animal and have a nerve to bs and say they became vets because they want to care for animals when in fact they have done a greedy business out of desperate fur baby parents and I hope it catches on and laws are made against the money hungry hippos. And to those who say “don’t get a pet”well if animals aren’t adopted they will be put down for no reason and shelters will be overwhelmed even more because no one would want to adopt, just very simple common sense to those who don’t use it.

Is it safe to use homeopathic arnica pellets?

  31. @donnalapoint4523 on October 30, 2024 at 3:29 pm

Of course vetranarians will not tell you. They want to make an extreme amount of money. Visit, blood work, other testing. ALL the meds are mentioned on this program of course must be dispensed by a licensed vet. They also want to make money on the meds themselves. So everyone in order to be a pet owner , vet debt and a lot of vet debt is necessary . They have vets that participate in animal legislation too. To make it more difficult to obtain vaccines and other medical because the vet practices can miss out on vaccines and medications. A $1 or$ 2 vaccine plus cost of a syringe and needle They miss out on a $35-65 fee. They are taught in Veterinary to charge as much as they can and raise their rates every year.

I have two Germam Shepherds, 12 years old and 3 years old, the older obe had double TPLO surgery bit is doing quite well, I will try to share detailed information as to what i give my dogs, it was approved by surgeon and our vet…
    Basically…

OMEGA-3 Fish Oil 3x per day, once with each meal.

Glucosamine Sulfate 3x per day, once with each meal.
    (Recently switched to Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM

Tumeric powder added to each meal.

    Cranberry concentrate at night meal.

Obviously, there are never guarantees for anything, but our last German Shepherd lived until she was alnost 14, and literally up until about 1 month before she passed (cancer) she was still chasing rabbits, she was slow but happy and playful.

Our current 12 year old Geman Shepherd is also niw slower, but also playful and happy girl. We’ve always worried about her more due to TPLO surgeries on both knees. But she’s doing quite well.

The 3 year old is not getting any Glucosamine other than what’s in the food yet but I’ll start her on it likely within next year to two years. But she does get Omega-3 fish oil concentrate supplement three times daily, and cranberry supplement each night.

Cheers everyone, much ❤ to all your beloved pets.

Animals are like children that never grow up. They depend on us for everything. You Cannot provide. The proper care you should not be having animals. It is a big respossibility animals are not toys.❤ If you can’t afford to take care of them Responsibly. you should not be a pet owner.

I need something for my dogs 3 teeth , I paid $900 to have her teeth pulled they left 3 in her mouth which have gone bad I can’t afford to pay another $300 to have them pulled at the moment.

What Is good for tooth pain for dogs?
Yeah I’m a bit annoyed the vet didn’t take them all out 3 teeth are pointless. She couldn’t chew with them when they were healthy.

isnt ibuprofen a non steroid anti inflamatory????

  40. @shecat1964 on October 30, 2024 at 3:40 pm

Wow so this was just a promotional vid using a vet to push meds that are expensive to buy. How about you get a real vet to talk truth and not just what most vests push on you, to take the money you do not have. Someone needs to do something about how greedy vets are geting. Medical help for your pet should not be about money, every pet should have the right to care. So many animals in shelters being put down because people just cant afford to take them for help if they need it. So many pets suffer because of greedy vets.

I had a beagle that had neck problems. Vet gave me Rimidy. My dog wouldn’t chew. Because he could smell it. He was put on a pain patch. It last for a week then pain came back. Rimidly cause side affects to the stomach. I had to put my dog down.

  45. @BillBraskyy on October 30, 2024 at 3:47 pm

I’m glad this video exists, because one of my dogs is limping. She hurt her ankle somehow, it’s not broken, but I hate seeing her limping in pain like that… And is she still young. She’s not even 2 years old yet, and so I remember somebody telling me a long time ago that people give their dogs Benadryl to calm them down, especially if they’re going to have to be on a plane or a long drive, so I was wondering if we could give NSAIDs to dogs as well.

So I Google it, and I found multiple search results saying that it is fine. Nothing about baby aspirin or nothing, just regular ibuprofen and Tylenol and naproxen, they were saying it’s okay to do… Then I watch this, and the first thing this doctor says is that even just one pill of any of these types could shut the dog’s liver down and kill them instantly. I don’t know who the people are organizations are that were putting out that information telling people it’s okay to give dogs OTC pain medication, but I don’t know… There’s a reason why you have to not just believe everything you read on the internet and why you should cross exam references, etc…

I mean, I still wouldn’t give my dog any OTC pain relievers even if other people said it was okay, because I know for a full grown adult, taking one recommended dose of any of these pain relievers is very hard on our livers and kidneys. It takes a lot of water to kind of compensate for the extra work those organs have to do to process those medications.. And even before I found this video, I was already thinking in my head that even a 200 mg ibuprofen would probably kill a dog via liver failure or renal failure, and I was right smh

Actually, these prescriptions are not good for dogs. Rimadyl is horrible for dogs and it causes a lot of problems due to side effects. Find a holistic vet. There’s actually one here on YouTube. That’s very good.
